What is The Process Control Coach?
The Process Control Coach is an online reinforcement program designed to help you master statistical tools and concepts that will help you in the following areas:

• Process charts and control limits
• Interpreting trends in control charts

How is the Process Control Coach unique?
The lessons are automatically delivered to you in a sequence that reinforces the information listed above. This is an engaging multimedia experience designed to be full of very pertinent and timely information when it comes to using statistics to control your processes.

What benefits will I receive from The Process Control Coach?
With The Process Control Coach, the lessons include the opportunity to review multiple choice questions, an overview of the concept, interactive exercises and various other multimedia functions. This product is also web based, which means you can access your account from anywhere you have internet available. It is on the spot training anytime you want it.

How long do I have to use this product?
Your Process Control Coach subscription lasts for one year.

How many lessons are there?
There are 10 lessons in this course, and lessons are delivered to your desktop via the email reminder system.

How do I know when my reminder emails will be coming?
You can dictate when and how often the lesson reminders come by setting up your “Preferences” after you are logged in.

What if I finish all my lessons before my year is up?
Even if you get through all 10 before your year is up, you can always go back and review any lesson at any time by accessing the “Lesson List” screen after you have logged in.

How long will it take me to go through each lesson?
It generally takes about 30 to 45 minutes to thoroughly absorb each Process Control Coach lesson. Please remember, the more you review each lesson, the better you will be able to understand and apply the statistical tools covered in this program.

Once I register, how soon can I start taking lessons?
You can get started right away! Once the registration process is completed, you will be directed to a web page where you can get started with your first lesson.

What if I have to stop in the middle of a lesson?
If you have to log out for any reason during a lesson, you will be returned to the screen you left off at when you logged out. If you are in the middle of completing your coaching guide, you may need to start back at the beginning of the questions. If you are in any other screen you can just log out without losing work. PLEASE NOTE: If you do submit work in the “Application” screen and would like it saved for next time, you must scroll down and hit the “Submit” button in order to save any work for your next session.

What is the “Coaching Guide” and how can I opt-out of lessons by using it? The “Coaching Guide” is at the front of lessons 2-9, and contains four questions per lesson. You must complete the “Coaching Guide” if you want to receive credit for completing the entire lesson. After completing the questions, one of two outcomes will occur. If you get 100% correct you can stop that lesson and receive full credit for completion, or continue on and review the content if you would like. The other outcome would be that you do not receive 100%; in that case you will be required to complete the lesson in its entirety. All Coaching Guides and required applications must be completed in order to be eligible to receive the certificate of completion.

How do I get my certificate of completion?
Once you have completed the Coaching Guides for lessons 2 through 9, and all required lessons, you are eligible for the Certificate of Completion. To receive this certificate please send an email to techsupport@assetlearning.com with your first name, last name, date of completion, and the address you would like it mailed to.

How long will it take to receive my certificate?
Once we verify all required Coaching Guides and lessons have been completed we will print, sign and send you your certificate. Processing and shipping time takes roughly 4-8 business days, and we ship the certificates via regular USPS.

I’ve purchased the Process Control Coach, but can’t find my Keycode, what should I do?
When you purchased the Process Control Coach, you should have received an email notice containing your unique Key Code for the course. If you didn’t receive this email, or can’t locate it, please contact us at techsupport@assetlearning.com
